Brand: 611 Armor | Product Review: Compression Gear

6:11 Armor is an apparel brand made by two Christian footballers, Owen Moore and Matthew Torrell, who wanted to make soccer gear that glorifies God’s name. In addition to having a product that will look good and feel good, they wanted their products to also symbolize what matters the most to them — their faith in Jesus.

Official Product Review: A Tier (92/100)

We were sent two compression shirts and two compression long sleeves. The first impression of the look of the apparel was great. They chose to go with a straightforward elegant design which I think really works. With compression gear, most of the time its going to be worn underneath other clothing, so going with an over the top design wasn’t necessary. Apart from the “Jesus Saves” text on the front, they also have “Armor of God” with the cross on the upper back that make for great details that enhance the look. In terms of the quality and comfort, the stretchy lightweight material gave an airy and breathable feel that certainly makes for a great compression shirt. When putting it on, we noticed that in terms of sizing, to have that tight compression, you definitely want to go a size up. And in terms of the arm length, it didn’t go all the way towards the hand. Personally, I loved how it stopped around the wrist area because it can leave room for other accessories such as wrist tape to give you that drippy Cristiano Ronaldo look. However, some people might prefer the compression to cover their whole arm all the way down to their hand. I would also like to see more colors in the future for the long sleeve compression and maybe other accessories as well. I think this is a great product that could do very well and I think the brand can improve even more. Nevertheless, this is certainly a product that will make you look good, feel good, and play better.

Brand: GRPZ SPORTZ | Product Review: Grip Socks

GRPZ SPORTZ is a brand that was inspired by the need to find high quality US based grip socks for footballers. With their brand being based in the U.S, they are able to decrease shipping hassles and inefficient waiting times so that you can focus on the game and not the logistics. They also offer a diverse range of sizes so that the athlete isn’t guessing, and the perfect size is ensured.

Official Product Review: B Tier (87/100)

We were sent two pairs of grip socks, white and black. My first impression once again was positive. I loved the GRPZ logo on the top on the foot on the sock and on the bottom for the grips. The technology they used for the grips was also impressive as well. They strategically placed grips in certain places on the sole to make sure exceptional traction was provided. In terms of the quality, it was extremely solid. Not to mention, several pro footballers and other ballers as well trust these socks and wear them in games. In terms of the drip element, I would say it’s solid. With these socks you can 100% be drippy on the pitch. However, the reason I didn’t put at A tier was because of the back design. With the pattern on the back, some might attribute the inspiration to other grip sock brands. On the contrary, sometimes grip socks can have too much in terms of the design, and with many grip socks on the market, if a brand were to go with a simple and clean aesthetic, it’s almost inevitable that one brands grip socks could look similar to another. However, I do think it could be more original in terms of the back design. Nevertheless, do not let the “B Tier” rating fool you. A lot of pro players have been wearing these socks and clearly trust the quality and aesthetic. This is still a high-quality product that will have you looking good, feeling good, and playing better.
