Drip FC Ballers of the Month (Vol. 2)

Highlighting the Drippiest Ballers for the Month of April

Prince Owusu - Toronto FC

Prince Owusu is the definition of drip. Stylist or not, Owusu can’t be tamed when it comes to fashion. His style is expressive and seems to match the flair and elegance of his playing style. Recording 5 goals & 2 assists in the month of April (all competitions), we made sure to add the Toronto talisman as a Baller of the Month!

Tani Oluwaseyi - Minnesota United

Tani was a must have for Drip FC Ballers of the Month. After catching our attention with his all-black leather fit a couple weeks back, we knew his style was top tier. However, Oluwaseyi is also a baller on the pitch. The 23-year-old Nigerian striker netted 3 goals in the month of April, and he had a pivotal goal for Minnesota United in their away match against Charlotte FC. Tani is the definition of flair and style! He is drip!

Nick Markanich - Charleston Battery

If you’ve been watching the USL Championship, the selection of Nick Markanich should be no surprise. With 12 goals & 3 assists, Markanich’s aura is evident.  To match his exceptional play, Markanich makes sure to come with a clean pre-match fit. His skill paired with his simple, yet sophisticated fashion style makes him a definite Drip FC Baller of the Month.

Kamron Habibullah - Sporting Kansas City 2

Unless you live under a rock, you have seen the talent and grace of Uzbekistan-born forward Kamron Habibullah. The prolific striker has caused a stir in MLS Next Pro with 7 goals & 1 assist to his name. He is raw, and his playing ability has taken him to new heights. When it comes to off-pitch fashion, Habibullah always comes correct. His ability to look good, feel good, and play good makes him a lock for a spot in the Drip FC Ballers of the Month.

Jake Morris - Louisville City SC

Jake Morris is no stranger to the spotlight. The former Columbus Crew defender has made an instant impact with Louisville City SC. With 3 assists recorded in April, Morris has cemented himself as one of the most efficient defenders in the league. To accompany his skillful play, Morris is known for stepping out in a fire fit or two. Drawing influence from modern fashion trends, Morris knows how to impress on & off the pitch.

Kwame Awuah - Loudon United FC

If we could share the same closet as any footballer, it would have to be Kwame Awuah. The young pacey defender has some of the best style that we have seen. His attention to detail and his ability to wear fits that match his playing style makes him a clear favorite for this month. However, Ballers of the Month isn’t just about style. As a defender, Awuah has played a vital role in the Loudon United backline. Recording an assist in April, the emerging defender also received USL Championship Team of the Week Honors. Kwame is an exceptional player, and he has a bright future. He is drip!

Lyam MacKinnon - Greenville Triumph

Swiss-International Lyam MacKinnon was an automatic selection for April Ballers of the Month. His physicality and ability to find the back of the net is second to none. He’s swift, agile, and his confidence in front of goal is unparalleled. Although he impresses on the pitch, his off-pitch fashion is worth a glance. Combining traditional styles with modern trends, Lyam knows how to piece a proper fit together. The prolific talisman is a definite selection for Ballers of the Month!

Kervon Kerr - Toronto FC Academy

Kervon Kerr is on fire! If you’re looking for a player that can find the back of the net, look no further. He’s quick, technical, and his movement off the ball is clear of his competition. To go along with his attributes, his 9 goals & 3 assists proves that he’s a goal scorer and provider on the pitch. Drawing comparisons to Deandre Kerr’s playing style, Kerr is a future star. His on-pitch drip is elite, and we know those boys in Toronto are trendsetters. Kerr was an easy selection for Ballers of the Month!

Jakob Garcia - Orlando City SC Academy

Coming from the Orlando City Academy, Jakob Garcia is a player to watch. The emerging attacker is the definition of when hard work meets talent. The Orlando standout has recorded 6 goals & 3 assists in April, and he doesn’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon. The young baller looks the part and his play compliments his style!
