Drip FC Ballers of the Month

Highlighting the Drippiest Ballers for the Month of March

When it comes to the ballers of the month, we selectively pick the players that have a combination of drip and performance on the pitch. As a footballer, we believe that those that exhibit both attributes should be celebrated. Our team recently sat down and picked players from the MLS, USL Championship, MLS Next Pro, and the US Academy system to highlight for our March edition of “Ballers of the Month”. You can view our selections below!

Chicho Arango - Real Salt Lake

There's really no surprise that this baller made our list for this month. With 6 goals and 1 assist as the MLS lead goal scorer, this guy's aura is out the roof. Chicho always looks the part. The pregame fits are cold, the goal celebrations are iconic, and his all-white Adidas X that he wears in game completes the look. Arango’s performances are the definition of look good, feel good, play better. The league talisman is a no brainer pick as a Drip FC Baller of the Month.

Tyrese Spicer - Toronto FC

Spicer epitomizes what Drip FC is all about. Coming from Lipscomb University, we had seen his flary plays and dynamic play style that led him to being selected as the number 1 overall pick in the 2024 MLS Superdraft. Since then, he has brought that confidence and flair to the next level. His pregame fits have been ice cold, and his play has been even colder. After making his debut, he then went on to score his first professional goal in style. The Toronto FC and Puma Athlete is certainly one to watch, and he is certainly drip.

Dejan Joveljić - LA Galaxy

Serbian-International, Dejan Joveljić, was a must have in our Drip FC Ballers of the Month. Since the start of the 2024 campaign, the striker has been electric. With 5 goals & 1 assist to his name, he’s arguably one of the most captivating players in the MLS at the moment. Whether he’s bagging goals or showing up in the freshest pregame fits, everything he does is with style. Joveljić is the definition of drip!

Amir Daley - FC Cincinnati 2

Daley is no stranger to the Drip FC culture. After getting featured on our college soccer fits of the week post last year, Amir Daley has continued to show that he’s been drip. However, since stepping on the pro scene this year, his aura has increased. With 1 goal and 1 assist to start the season as a right wing back, his confidence and aura is showing in his performances. Between his on-pitch drip and calm fits off the pitch, Daley looks the part as well.

Deiby Samuel - Houston Dynamo Academy

With his various goal celebrations that have been featured on our page, it's clear that Samuel is a flary baller who loves to have fun with the game. However, Samuel doesn't just look the part. With his 19 goals this season (6 goals in March), he is not only drip, but a seriously talented baller as well.

Isaac Scheer- Charlotte Independence ECNL / Pro

After signing a pro academy contract with the Charlotte Independence, Scheer has featured in 4 games with the first team and has fit right in. His play style and on-pitch drip make him look like a pro. After playing one game with the academy and bagging 1 goal and 1 assist, he showed that he is elite among his age group. Whether he's rocking the low sock trait, wrist tape, or pulling up with a calm pregame fit, Scheer is going to look the part and back it up on the pitch.

Mathis Albert- LA Galaxy Academy

With 29 goals and 12 assists this season, the 2009-born Albert is certainly one to watch. His play style is tricky, dynamic, flary, and he has the ability to take over a game. The swagger and aura that he plays with led to him getting called up to the Galaxy second team where he scored in their preseason match. With the world at his feet, Albert recently signed with Nike. The U.S Youth National Team and L.A Galaxy Academy baller is definitely drip.

Allen Gavilanes - Miami FC

Gavilanes is a player that can do it all. The Miami FC player is a juggernaut in the midfield, and he currently leads his team with 3 goals though 5 matches. After receiving USL Team of the Week & Goal of the Week accolades, he has proven that he can perform. To compliment his electrifying performances, Gavilanes has some of the best on-pitch drip. The young baller is known for his high-sock trait and love for Nike Mercurial Vapors. Gavilanes was an easy selection for our Drip FC Ballers of the Month.

Jorge Hernandez - San Antonio FC

When it comes to on & off pitch drip, Jorge Hernandez is second to none. The San Antonio FC midfielder knows how to seize the moment. After receiving USL All-League First Team & Golden Playmaker accolades for the 2023 season, he entered the 2024 season with a bang. Recording 3 assists through 5 games, he continues to show his star-power. Whether setting up his team or picking out the best pregame fits, Hernandez is the perfect combination of style & flair.

Kelvin Luis - Seattle Sounders

Kelvin Luis is a name to remember. The Seattle Sounders standout has recorded 7 goals and 6 assists this season, and he doesn’t appear to be slowing down anytime soon. With two key assists in a 3-0 win against San Jose in March, Luis’ ability to take over a game is evident. The young baller always looks the part and his play compliments his style.
